J-Tec’s project management division has the capacity to transform the optimal design into a beautiful installation in line with the agreed performance expectations.
We ensure the most efficient and flexible project management in our field of expertise, drawing on a limited range of well-established procedures and engineering practices, combined with direct and straightforward communication channels.
Our design department takes care of the basic set-up of the installation in the budget phase, accurate design in the order phase and detailed design in the implementation phase.
The Piping & Instrumentation diagrams (3D designs based on AutoCAD and Inventor) are an important intermediate step in transforming your wishes into a tangible installation.
The 3D setup can be translated into a Virtual Reality environment so that the concept can be reviewed by engineering and validated at an early stage of the project.
The magic moment comes when our software engineers bring the plant to life by downloading the control system (developed in-house), like injecting a soul into the installation.
J-Tec can integrate complete automation solutions, as well as adapt or upgrade existing applications. We apply open systems, e.g. with VPN connection, that customers can easily adapt, even after commissioning.
Accurately assembling all components under strict supervision of our experienced construction engineers is one of the most exciting phases of the project. All our construction engineers are SCC trained, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
A team of automation and service engineers ensures the equipment is commissioned correctly within the required deadline. The same team provides on-the-job training where needed.
J-Tec guarantees that your installation will always be state-of-the-art, by gathering and distributing all information about standards, guidelines and regulations, as well as the latest technologies and feedback from projects.
Updates, modifications and other data are all managed using J-Tec’s Wiki-pages and can be distributed to your employees in special training sessions.
Efficient commissioning and testing are essential to minimize the overall project timing. J-Tec eliminates the unexpected during start-up, by analyzing the product characteristics (density, moisture content, granulometry, viscosity etc.) and simulating the critical parts of the installation with upfront trials (dosing, pneumatic transport up to 450 m, mixing, sieving etc.).

The partnership with our customers doesn’t end after commissioning. We provide after-sales support to guarantee the production continuity of your installation.
